At Beauclair Photography, our approach is to envision the final outcome from the very beginning. Before we even take a single photograph, we strategically plan how these images will be showcased in your home or narrate the story in your family album.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
The Beauclair Photography Process begins with your inquiry call and then the fun begins once we have booked and secured your date. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to your project date we will do an in-home Design and Style Consultation, where we dive into the details of your vision for your photoshoot. We want to capture everyone’s authentic personalities and life stories.

IN PERSON STYLE AND DESIGN CONSULT
During your in Person Design & Style Consultation, we’ll start working on your style and wardrobe looks, assisting you to select the best outfits and accessories for your vision and photoshoot plan.
We are here to support you. If you have questions after your in-home Style Consultation we’ll coordinate through phone calls or emails if you still have questions. Collaboratively, we'll settle on the final outfits at least one week before your shoot, ensuring ample time for any last-minute adjustments or dry cleaning needs.
PHOTOSHOOT
Believe it or not, shooting with Beauclair Photography is FUN! It is very important to us that you feel comfortable, relaxed and SEEN. Creating authentic portraits requires personal experiences that are catered to the type of session and vision we have planned together prior to your shoot day in our in personal design and style consultation.
YOU are in charge of your vision and we are here to support you to create images that are a legacy for you and your family.
PRINT REVEAL AND ORDERING APPOINTMENT
Approximately one week after your photo shoot, you will come to the studio for your View and Order appointment. Your View and Order appointment is the time set aside to finalize your portrait order, so be sure and schedule a time when all decision makers can be present.
Using our state-of-the-art software and photos of the walls in your home, we will show your portraits scaled onto your walls, which solves the problem of what size to order; not too big, not too small, but just right!
We will guide you every step of the way using your goals from the consultation to achieve your vision for your custom portraits
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Approximately, 4-6 weeks after your ordering appointment your print products will be available for pickup or local delivery. Some of our clients prefer to have their portraits delivered and installed in their homes. We work with Wall Art installation experts to assist in the heavy lifting and hanging. This also assures that your portraits find their intended display home and can be enjoyed and admired. Let us handle the heavy lifting and hanging.
